John Leseganich
Hello;
My name is John P. Leseganich, CPEA. After spending over 30 years working with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), both in enforcement and the consultation sector, I have retired and continued my career as a private safety and health consultant.
My years of experience working with the Agency have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory world, that is how, why and when the sometime complicated regulations were developed. Also and very important what is needed to be done for an employer to fully comply with any and all applicable regulations. More money and time is spent on miss-application or miss-interpretation of regulations.
My extended safety and health career has also taken me into public safety and security. For the past 30 years I have been a commissioned deputy sheriff and past motor cycle and defensive driving instructor. That marriage of public safety combined with occupational safety and security allows me to share my knowledge and training and provide background information and statistics which are very useful in selling safety within the workplace. When you can take that training home with you it usually is better and more freely accepted.
My services as a private safety and health consultant includes but are not limited to:
- Mock OSHA On Site surveys
- OSHA Litigation Assistance
- Development of OSHA required policy and procedures
- Employee and Management safety and health training
- Accident investigation
- Expert Witness
- Safety and health seminar - talks - presentations.
You can contact me for further discussion on my services at: jpleseganich@msn.com
